Every day, professionals across the country make critical decisions to keep children safe and help families thrive. To better understand how those decisions are made and how to improve systems that support families, the Quality Improvement Center on Helplines and Hotlines is conducting a national survey of hotline and helpline professionals.
This is one of the first national studies of its kind—and your participation can make a difference. The results will help inform policy and practice recommendations, shape better decision-making about families, and develop improved pathways for families to get the help they need.
