2019 EXECUTIVES’ NETWORKING FORUM
Responding to Change: Spotlight on Financial Health and Sustainability
Saturday (evening), November 2nd – Monday (morning), November 4th
Arizona Biltmore | Phoenix, AZ
In today’s financial climate, with growing concerns of a global economic recession on the rise, the Network’s 2019 Executives’ Networking Forum could not be more timely. This year’s theme, Responding to Change: Spotlight on Financial Health and Sustainability is critical to all Network executives and c-suite leadership staff.
Our facilitator for the Forum, Andrea Mills, of FMA – Fiscal Strength for Nonprofits, helped us all increase our understanding of the challenges impacting our sector, while also identifying successful responses leaving executives with the knowledge and tools needed to develop strategies for sustainability and plans for how to best communicate their agency’s financial positions with boards, staff and stakeholders.
