Even if you’ve already taken your first steps toward HIPAA compliance, adopting cyber-security measures in your practice can pose a whole new set of challenges. Applying HIPAA security requirements in the real world requires more than just a policy binder and security risk assessment. The truth is, you need a hands-on approach to your cyber-security. But where do you begin? How are you actually supposed to configure your Windows and Mac computers? And what about smartphones? This webinar will give you a quick and effective run-down of what you can do to start protecting your practice RIGHT NOW.

Presenter:
Carl A. Scalzo is the Chief Executive Officer of Online Computers. With over 30 years’ experience, Carl has assisted his clients in understanding how information technology can aid in furthering the success of their business. He specializes in integrating the most advanced, secure, and reliable technology systems for his clients.  Carl has a deep understanding of the importance of business continuity and how to further grow the success of a business or organization strictly through the use of technology.

In addition to running a successful business, Carl is a regular presenter and speaker at conferences and events and was selected to speak on Cybersecurity at New York Law School in 2018. He has also been published in Amazon’s Bestseller, “The Business Owner’s Essential Guide to I.T. & All Things Digital” and is working on publishing another book based on cybersecurity.
