This year’s NJHSA Executives’ Networking Forum was repurposed to a scenario planning process led by a group of CEO’s/COO’s representing the diverse agency membership of our Network.
Join us to learn about the results of this process. Highlighting important opportunities to build on the collective strength of our Human Service Agencies, especially in uncertain times, is the most important outcome of our scenario planning process. During this webinar we will provide key insights and outcomes from the process, then provide tools on how these results can be applied in your own agency’s planning efforts. The culmination of this process is in fact just the beginning of our journeys, as we each make the necessary changes proactively in our organizations to continue serving our communities as Jewish Human Service Agencies.
