Limor Schwartz, MSW, LCSW, JFS Director of Clinical & Social Services of Raleigh- Carey JFS in North Carolina, will lead a discussion on data management systems.

Raleigh- Cary JFS has been using word and excel for client documentation and tracking of services, programming and statistics. And now they need to find a data management system. While cost is a difficulty they realize they must bite the bullet and begin to use a data management system if they want to work more professionally and efficiently.

With that said, Raleigh-Cary JFS is hoping to find a system that can account for the variety of services they provide, and how each of those interact with the other.

For example, being able to not only record a therapy note, but to be able to see which services each client receives (therapy, case management, aid, volunteers, etc) and have documentation for each (which may be different).

We know some of the small agencies in our group are facing this exact dilemma and some are already utilizing systems.

This discussion will give Limor and other small agency execs the opportunity to have a conversation about how to find and utilize the best systems out there.

If this speaks to you and your agency, or if you have information about which data systems are better than others, please join us and please come prepared with any information you may have.
