Since even before the pandemic, in our roles as C-Suite professionals, we have shared with each other the challenging dynamic of leading Jewish human service agencies. Whether it be the nation’s political unrest and changing laws, concerns surrounding racial and gender equality justice, or responding to emergent crises such as shootings, floods, hurricanes, and a pandemic, Network member agencies often find themselves on the front lines of dramatic change. We also struggle with major workforce shortages, concerns on how to create agency culture in a hybrid world, and enormous waitlists for client services. The challenges go on and on. It can be exhausting to manage.
Join your colleagues in Scottsdale to reconnect, engage, and learn new and innovative strategies from each other. Our goals for ExecNET 2022 are to:
