In this highly interactive 2 hour workshop, participants will learn how to lead the Otago Exercise Program, an evidence-based fall prevention program, with older adults. Training will focus on an overview of the program, the various exercises and modifications, and how to lead this program safely in person or on Zoom. At the conclusion of the training, participants will be competent to lead this program effectively in their own organizations.

2. Participants will role play leading Otago Exercise Program classes
