Join Dalia Sivan, Director of the Northern branches of AMCHA. She is a clinical social worker and psychotherapist with experience in individual, family and group therapy, and in the field of trauma and bereavement. AMCHA is the largest provider of mental health and social support services for Holocaust survivors in Israel and their families.
In this session we will explore challenges and psychological needs of the elderly and their families in the current crisis. Will review principles of online/phone-call based emotional support including identification of stress reaction and emotional first aid. You’ll get tools for coping and resources for supporting the senior population during COVID-19.
