We will discuss the programs/initiatives you are doing which benefit your staff. We have also invited our Human Resources NETGroup to attend this one as well.
We are lucky to have Cindy Minetti, Senior Director, JFS and Hana Cowart, Communications Manager, from Gulf Coast JFCS talk with us about their amazing and innovative program, LOVE: Living Our Values Everyday, which connects mission, values, and actions. This agency project and monthly programming was developed to familiarize Gulf Coast JFCS staff with the Jewish values upon which their agency and programs were founded.
The values inform the programs and service delivery but also guide expectations as to how the staff team members do their work and serve the community.
Each month a value is shared and highlighted, and team members are asked to identify individuals throughout the agency who have best demonstrated that value.
Next, we will be interested in hearing about any initiatives or programs your agency is doing to benefit your staff.
