The Network’s Development Professionals NET Group invites you to:

A Special NETTalk on Creating a Roadmap for Successful Fundraising: Annual Campaign Building Blocks

All organizations with a fundraising program need a roadmap for success. What are your annual campaign building blocks to help inform your roadmap? Join Judy Gadiel from Evolve Giving Group in critically examining your organization’s annual campaign structure and explore where to focus and how to prioritize your efforts accordingly. Judy will discuss the various blocks: budget, timeline/campaign calendar, benchmarks, and tactics for cultivating and soliciting key donor constituencies. She will also review how to align your annual campaign work with your other revenue driving efforts, such as any major gifts or planned giving programs. Through this webinar, you will walk away understanding how to evaluate current tactics and make strategic changes to increase revenue and improve operations. Finally, learn what it takes to work with lay leaders and organizational leadership to support the planning process and drive implementation.

Presenter: Judy Gadiel, Senior Vice President, People and Projects at Evolve Giving Group

Judy’s nonprofit career dates back more than 25 years to her early days as a camp counselor and a community based clinical social worker. Switching from direct service to the operational side of nonprofits 15 years ago, her focus shifted to organizational development, board governance, fundraising, and philanthropy. Judy’s strength lies in the blend of compassion and expertise she brings to her clients, and in the dedication and leadership she brings to her teams.

Judy has been consulting with nonprofit organizations since 2010 and launched Evolve Giving Group with several of her colleagues in 2020. Judy currently serves as its Senior Vice President, People & Projects, offering insight, possibility, and strategic counsel to fundraising projects, and leading the Evolve team in alignment with its core values.
