We thought to talk about how we manage during times of crisis both in supporting our staff and in dealing with our own emotions. How does it impact our own performance? How do we cope?
And, if there is time we also thought to talk about how we conform to, interpret, and administer Claims Conference policies and procedures including but not limited to:
• revised live-in caregiver policy
• the policy for people unable to sign
• the subsidiarity clause in our allocation letters
