We’ve received feedback that an additional/separate group for Managers would be helpful.
The goal of this group will be to provide a space where Holocaust program leadership can identify unique/relevant topics, share experiences, and talk through best practices.
Additionally, the purpose of this group will be to provide a forum in which we can discuss what is working well from a managerial perspective and also discuss the unique challenges we face.
We hope to continue to get feedback on topics, but some examples could include grant compliance, program budgets, staff supervision, grant writing and reporting, and fundraising.
The 2 meeting dates and times are on Thursdays, 3:30pm – 4:45pm EST
