We are inviting our Volunteer Professionals NETGroup to help us think about ways to recruit more volunteer drivers strategically. We know they have good ideas about how to recruit volunteers!
Our goal is to have break-out sessions with mixed groups of volunteer professionals and transportation program professionals to come up with concrete plans and/or gain some actionable ideas we can put into place in our agencies.
We will also do a full report-out in the larger group.
So, come with your needs and leave with a plan to recruit and retain your transportation volunteers!
