RECHARGING YOUR CAREER

Workforce development professionals are helpers and as such, we may often find ourselves prioritizing the needs of others over our own. But the reality is that to do our best for our clients, our agencies, and ourselves, we need to maintain our own mental and physical health. With many competing priorities in our work and personal lives, how do we maintain balance and focus?

In this first session of 2023 on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 1pm ET, we will discuss the difficulties we face in caring for ourselves and work on discovering ways to thrive in the year ahead. Come prepared to share: Think about any personal challenges you’d like to get assistance with. Consider methods and techniques that help you when needed. We are looking for everyone to benefit from our discussions on this topic. Supporting each other is a key purpose of our NETGroup.

Session Facilitator: Lisa August, JFS Western New York

During this session, we’ll provide automated captioning. The session will be recorded.
