Executive Team Leadership Development Program for NJHSA Member Agencies
NJHSA is excited to partner with Leading Edge to offer a targeted experience that brings senior leadership teams from multiple organizations together to elevate how top leadership teams collaborate and achieve their missions. The Leading Teams program offering of Leading Edge has been successful at supporting leadership growth in organizations across the country. This special offering has been adapted to meet the needs of c-suite leadership teams of NJHSA member agencies and is supported with funding from The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation.

Leading Teams supports the interpersonal and structural relationship between the members of the leadership team, focusing on:
-Value of the team: Improving team members’ understanding of and shared responsibility for the team’s interpersonal relationships and group dynamics, as well as the related impact on their work together on behalf of the organization.
-Purpose: Building a shared understanding of the senior team’s role and responsibility in supporting the organization’s mission and workplace culture.
-Clear roles: Developing a mutual understanding and commitment to an agreed way of working so that the team is positioned to evolve in response to future changes.
-Tools to work together: Gaining access to tools and frameworks for communicating, collaborating, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
