Are you maximizing the philanthropic capacity of your professional and lay leadership? When is the last time you explored the role that each of you play in driving your agency’s fundraising efforts? Join Heather Eddy and Alison Lewin of KEES to explore key strategies that lay and professional leaders can employ in partnership to drive philanthropic growth. While this session is useful for all agency leaders, it is designed to deliver maximum value to lay/professional leadership dyads.
All participants who respond by December 3rd will receive a short survey to provide feedback that will inform our conversation.
Target Audiences: Board Members/Lay Leadership and CEO/Executive Directors. Attendees are welcome to include their senior development staff if desired.
