The Network is excited to invite you to a One Day Training on the topic of Building a Respectful Workplace.

The me too. movement sparked a vital conversation about sexual violence that has been thrust into a international dialogue. The Network has been paying attention to this and to the broader goal of re-framing and expanding conversations around sensitive topics. In order to better help member agencies position themselves in response to the me too. movement, the Network had one of our very own professionals trained to teach you about respectful workplaces.

Join Brett Nicholson, SPHR, Chief Talent Officer of Jewish Family Service of Metropolitan Detroit for Respectful Workplace Training, which focuses on common social contracts and the responsibilities of organizations to their employees and employees to each other. Explore the realities of poor behaviors that commonly create environments that incubate and facilitate harassment and their effects on workplace culture.

Earn up to 5 continuing education credits approved for social workers.

View the schedule, training opportunities and takeaways here. (A kosher breakfast and lunch are included.)
