The Network’s Executives’ Networking Forum, typically a two-day conference held each fall for CEO’s and COO’s, is being repurposed this year, in light of the travel and other restrictions associated with COVID-19. In an effort to provide C-suite leadership with the tools they need to guide their agencies through the pandemic, the Network will be sponsoring a series of strategic conversations to help NJHSA member agencies and NJHSA itself chart a path through the COVID-19 crisis and into the post-crisis horizon.
You’re invited to participate in the first of two webinars in this series . . . the second will be scheduled later in the fall and in the interim, a small, diverse group of C-suite leadership from NJHSA member agencies will be meeting to develop scenarios that can help to inform local and international Jewish human service sector planning. The final product from that effort will be shared with all agencies for your use.
Scenario Planning and Strategy: Facing our Future Together
Thursday, August 20th | 3 – 5pm ET | REGISTER
Over the last number of months a set of broad scenarios were developed collaboratively across the Jewish world, which will become the basis for understanding the possible futures that we will all be navigating over the coming years. In this webinar we will provide an overview of scenario planning, then engage in discussions to generate insights that will ultimately help us go even deeper into insights for Jewish Human Services Agencies.
