NJHSA Invites Applicants for Newly Established Position – January 2022

The Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies (NJHSA) is expanding its staffing and is seeking applicants for the following newly established position, to be structured as a fully remote and full time position:

The Director of Finance will manage the agency’s accounting, budget development and monitoring, payroll administration, grant reporting, auditing processes, tax filling compliance, investment management and banking relationships.  Additionally, the Director of Finance will provide supervisory oversight of the organization’s human resource, information technology, business insurance, vendor management and purchasing functions.

Having been established in 2017, following a merger between two longstanding membership associations, the Network today supports over 150 U.S., Canadian and Israeli member agency affiliates. The Director of Finance will manage all day to day accounting and fiscal reporting tasks, while also supporting the fiscal and related administrative oversight needed for this fast growing non-profit membership association.

While the organization is based in Paramus, New Jersey, this position is structured as a fully remote position. The candidate should have the flexibility for travel to New Jersey as needed.

View the full job description here.

Letters of interest and resumes should be directed to HR@networkjhsa.org. The starting salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000.

Applications will be accepted through the close of business on January 31, 2022.
