NJHSA Invites Applicants for Newly Established Position – November 2021

The Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies (NJHSA) is expanding its staffing and is seeking applicants for the following newly established position, to be structured as a fully remote and part time position:

VP of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (VP, CAMHS) will direct NJHSA’s engagement in a newly established partnership with the Jewish Federations of North America and its Jewish Education and Engagement Teen Funder Collaborative. This multi-year, grant funded initiative, will strengthen the capacity of NJHSA member agencies to provide mental health and related support services for children, adolescents and parents and will represent NJHSA on a newly established national planning body which seeks to strengthen the capacity of Jewish education and engagement organizations to better address mental health needs of youth and parents in these settings. Throughout, the VP, CAMHS will cultivate and implement efforts resulting from partnerships with a wide range of external stakeholders to strengthen Jewish communal responses to the mental health and wellness needs of youth, parents and Jewish communal professionals.

The Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies offers an employment package that includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefit offerings. NJHSA is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination in employment on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, citizenship, veteran’s status, physical or mental disability that does not prohibit the performance of essential job functions (with or without reasonable accommodation) or any other basis protected by federal, or applicable, state or local law.
