The Network’s investment contribution structure is calculated based on Personnel Costs (salaries & benefits). Each member agency’s investment contributions are calculated as .5% for those under $2.5M in personnel costs, with a floor of $500, and 1% of personnel costs over $2.5M, with a cap at $12,500.
For U.S. member agencies, each agency’s calculations are based on the agency’s most recent IRS 990 and for Canadian member agencies, calculations have been based on data obtained from the Charities Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Several payment options are available to accommodate the needs of member agencies. A 5% reduction is offered to all agencies which pay their 2019 investment contributions in full by January 31, 2019.
