Other Ways to Give

Planned Giving

Planned giving is one of the most impactful ways to support The Network’s mission. Planned gifts are used to sustain the mission of The Network to help ensure the future of Jewish human service agencies. Planning your estate and legacy for future generations including your charitable interests takes careful evaluation. Consulting with the appropriate professionals can assist you. Discuss your charitable intentions with us to ensure that your gift is used just as you wish. We can give you valuable information about planned giving and ensure proper stewardship of your funds.

Bequests

There are several ways to participate in planned giving. Your attorney and/or financial advisor can help you explore your options, some of which include:

  • Bequest a gift to The Network in your will.
  • Designate The Network as a beneficiary of a retirement plan such as an IRA or insurance policy.

Naming Opportunities

When you support The Network, you also support the entire Jewish human service sector. A variety of programs and services are available to name at many different giving levels, so you can continue your legacy of helping those in need.

Endowments

Endowed gifts are held in perpetuity and the principal is never spent. Instead, it is invested and part of its average annual investment return is used according to your specified purposes. An endowment serves as a source of permanent financial support, allowing you the opportunity to attach your (or another’s) name to a specific program that holds special meaning to you.

Named Family Funds

Establishing a named fund is an excellent way to ensure that your family is involved in strengthening Jewish human service agencies. Families can choose a specific program to support, or the funds can go toward core services. The cost to create a Named Fund is $10,000, in addition to a minimum annual donation of $1,000.
