ETTA Appoints New Executive Director as Founder Assumes CEO Role

ETTA, a valued Network member agency and leading nonprofit serving neurodiverse adults in the Los Angeles area, has announced a leadership transition as it continues to expand its impact.

Scott Saliman has been named the new Executive Director of ETTA, taking the helm of the organization’s day-to-day operations. Saliman steps into the role following the appointment of ETTA’s founder and longtime Executive Director, Michael Held, as the organization’s inaugural Chief Executive Officer.

ETTA operates the Bhatia Family Village, a thriving residential community for neurodiverse adults located in the heart of Los Angeles’ Pico-Robertson neighborhood. The organization is widely recognized for its commitment to inclusive housing, supportive services, and innovative programming that empowers individuals to lead meaningful, independent lives.

This leadership evolution marks a new chapter for ETTA as it strengthens its mission and prepares for continued growth within the Jewish human service landscape.
