We are proud to share that Jennifer Grossman, Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Shalom Tikvah, a Network member agency, has been named a 2025 Women to Watch honoree by Jewish Women International (JWI). She will also receive the Loribeth Weinstein Changemaker Award in recognition of her outstanding leadership and impact.
As Founder and COO of Shalom Tikvah, Jennifer has devoted her career to strengthening Jewish families in Baltimore and Silver Spring. Now in its ninth year, Shalom Tikvah serves more than 100 families annually through a unique whole-family model of care. Under Jennifer’s leadership, the organization delivers intensive mental health and wraparound services—including therapy, psychoeducational testing, school consultation, and case management—ensuring that no one is turned away based on insurance coverage or ability to pay.
Jennifer also created The Volunteer Village, a dynamic network of community members who provide hands-on support for families beyond the therapy room, furthering Shalom Tikvah’s mission to build compassionate and resilient communities.
Her recognition as a Woman to Watch underscores the extraordinary impact being made by leaders across The Network, advancing Jewish human services and strengthening communities nationwide.
