The Network is proud to celebrate two professionals from our member agencies who have been selected for Class 10 of the Wexner Field Fellowship, one of the field’s premier leadership development initiatives.

The Wexner Foundation, in partnership with the Jim Joseph Foundation, has announced its newest cohort of 15 Fellows—exceptional Jewish communal leaders chosen through a highly competitive national process. This three-year fellowship provides immersive leadership training, Jewish learning, individualized coaching, and access to a powerful network of more than 3,000 Wexner alumni and participants across North America and Israel.

Fellows from Network Member Agencies

We are delighted to recognize the following leaders whose agencies are part of our Network:

  • Jenna Fields, Chief Regional Officer, Sharsheret (Network member agency)

  • Sarit Wishnevski, Executive Director, Kavod v’Nichum (Network member agency)

These professionals join a diverse cohort representing federations, JCCs, Hillels, day schools, museums, and organizations serving niche populations across the Jewish communal landscape. Fellows were selected based on their accomplishments, leadership potential, and the role they play within their organizations and communities.

For three years, Class 10 Fellows will participate in twice-yearly immersive institutes and ongoing leadership development that strengthens adaptive leadership, communication, negotiation, and other essential skills needed to address today’s complex challenges.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Jenna and Sarit on this remarkable achievement and celebrate the visibility and excellence they bring to their agencies—and to our broader Network community.
