Registration is now open for agencies to participate in the 2026 Employee Engagement Survey, a national initiative from Leading Edge designed to help Jewish nonprofit organizations better understand how their employees are experiencing work today.

The Employee Experience Survey provides leaders with clear, comparative data on workplace culture, communication, engagement, management, and overall staff wellbeing — enabling agencies to strengthen what’s working and identify areas where targeted improvement and investment can make the greatest impact.

Participation is open now through December 12, 2025.
